Print the staff QR on the receipt. Free. No invoice. A guest scans after they pay, claims a free journal, and we draft the visit.
Someone in the room drops statements and claims a blog. They get a short referral code and a link that looks like /r/CODE, plus a public URL at /b/HANDLE. That is the QR you print.
They send that link to the rest of the office. Each colleague who lands on it, uploads, and claims is a staff desk under the same referral tree. Optional team name on the claim form keeps the room together.
