Dispatch Coffee is a Montreal roaster that opened a Toronto café in the financial district — 390 Bay Street, in the lobby of the Munich Re tower, across from Hudson’s Bay. The official about page still calls that shop the first café outside Montreal.
The Bay Street room is closed. Dispatch says so on the site: they can no longer pour there, and they still ship traceable beans. The photograph is an official Dispatch storefront, not a stock cup.
The statement called it coffee in Toronto. The company now calls it a closed counter and a roaster that kept the list.
