Dineen Coffee Company occupies the ground floor of the 1897 Dineen Building at Yonge and Temperance. The heritage block was a hat and fur house. After the 2012 restoration the storefront got its fifteen-foot ceilings back and a boutique coffee shop moved in.

The official line is short: a downtown coffee house for the city and the tourists who find the corner. Marble, brass, windows on Yonge. Other Dineen counters followed. This note is the original 140 Yonge room.
